At Authentic Fossils for Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your prehistoric acquisition. If your specimen does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our curation team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the specimen.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the fossil in its original protective padding and sturdy boxing to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our paleontologists verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
